ORIGIN
The origin of the biomaterials dates to antiquity, when the Egyptians uses satures made from animal sinew, since taht moment biomaterials has develope and making more important in the science being now a very important way to prevent and cure ilnesses
The first biomaterial, in the sense in which this term is known today, was developed in the 1920s. Reiner Erdle and Charles Prange combined their knowledge as a dentist and metallurgy, respectively, to develop the first metallic biomaterial, nitrogen Vitallium.
